Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser; the browser’s local storage works in a similar way. Under Article 225 of the Slovenian Electronic Communications Act (ZEKom-2), we may only use those without consent that are strictly necessary for a service you explicitly request. For everything else we need your prior consent.

north-motion-analytics-consent (local storage)

• Provider: north-motion.com
• Purpose: stores your analytics choice so we don’t ask on every visit and can demonstrate your consent.
• Duration: until you change your choice or clear your browser data.

theme (local storage)

• Provider: north-motion.com
• Purpose: remembers whether you chose light or dark mode. Only set if you use the switch.
• Duration: until you clear your browser data.

Booking calendar

• Provider: Cal.com, Inc.
• Purpose: running and securing the booking calendar on the “Book a demo” and “Build your agent” pages, e.g. the __cf_bm bot-protection cookie and local storage that temporarily holds the selected slot. Only loaded on pages with the calendar.
• Duration: __cf_bm 30 minutes; local storage until you clear your browser data.

Hosting security cookie

• Provider: Vercel Inc.
• Purpose: protecting the website against attacks and bots. Only set when extra protection is active and the system checks your browser.
• Duration: up to 1 hour.

• Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4)
• Purpose: tells visitors apart with a pseudonymous identifier.
• Duration: 2 years.

_ga_<ID>

• Provider: Google (Google Analytics 4)
• Purpose: keeps the state of a visit (session).
• Duration: 2 years.

Google Analytics is only loaded after you choose “Accept” in the banner. If you choose “Reject”, no analytics script is loaded and no analytics cookies are set. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

We do not use marketing or advertising cookies or trackers.

Click “Cookie settings” under Legal in the footer of any page to change or withdraw your consent. When you withdraw it, we delete the analytics cookies and reload the page without analytics. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

You can also delete or block cookies and storage in your browser settings. If you block essential ones, parts of the website (such as booking a call) may not work.

Google, Vercel and Cal.com are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. More in our Privacy Policy
