By using the website you agree to these terms. Our services, such as AI agents, websites, automations and other projects, are not covered by these terms but by separate agreements (see section 6).

The website and our services are intended for legal entities, sole traders and other businesses. We do not conclude contracts with consumers through the website.

The content of the website is for information only and does not constitute a binding offer. We aim to keep it accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete.

Results in case studies are based on the data of the respective customer and do not guarantee the same results for others. Descriptions of AI capabilities are general; actual results depend on the use case, data and configuration.

Calls and demos are free of charge. Sending an enquiry or booking a call does not create a contract or any obligation to purchase. You can reschedule or cancel via the link in the confirmation message.

Only enter truthful information that you are authorised to provide. How we process it is described in our Privacy Policy

The scope, price, timeline, service levels, security requirements and processing of personal data for our services are agreed in a separate written contract with each customer, which includes a data processing agreement (Article 28 GDPR) where we process personal data on the customer’s behalf. If that contract and these terms differ, the contract prevails.

All content on the website (text, graphics, screenshots, design and code) belongs to the provider or other rights holders and is protected by copyright and industrial property law. It may not be copied, modified, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission, except as permitted by law. Names and logos of other companies belong to their respective owners.

When using the website you may not:

• interfere with its operation or security, for example by hacking, overloading it or probing for vulnerabilities without our permission,
• automatically collect content or data in breach of the law,
• submit false or third-party data, unsolicited messages or harmful content through the forms.

The website links to partner products (such as Clyro, eReklamacije and North Motion Lab) and embeds services of other providers (such as the booking calendar). Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We strive to keep the website running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, temporarily disable or discontinue the website at any time.

The website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or from reliance on its content. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence (Article 242 of the Slovenian Obligations Code), or in other cases where liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

We may update these terms. The current version, with its last-updated date, is always published on this page and applies from publication.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. We will try to resolve any dispute amicably; if that is not possible, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Novo mesto, Slovenia, has jurisdiction.

These terms are published in English and Slovenian. If the versions differ, the Slovenian version prevails.
