How we built FluffCo an AI Room Architect for consumers and hospitality teams
People do not shop for a pillow in isolation. They are trying to sleep cooler, reduce neck discomfort, upgrade a guest room, recreate a hotel feeling, or equip dozens of rooms to one standard.
A catalog can describe products, but it cannot assemble those goals into a coherent room setup or tell a hospitality buyer what is viable within a budget and deadline.
We built an AI Room Architect that handles both sides of that decision: a personal room plan for consumers and a quote-ready specification for professional buyers.
From comfort context to a complete room plan
The agent starts with how the customer actually sleeps: whether they run hot or cold, whether neck or shoulder discomfort matters, whether allergies or sensitivity play a role, which room is being furnished, and the budget they want to stay inside.
It then assembles a compatible setup across pillows, duvet, sheets, cases, towels, robes, scent, and bundles. Before recommending anything, it checks inventory and the customer's delivery geography, so the room plan is something the business can actually ship.
The output is a room plan with reasoning attached: why this pillow for this sleep style, why this duvet weight for this climate, and what changes if the customer prefers a firmer feel or a lower budget. Nobody is asked to solve compatibility between eight product pages on their own.
The same intelligence expands into hospitality sales
Hotels, short-term-rental operators, and interior designers enter room count, property type, location, target experience, budget, and required delivery date. The copilot prepares a proposed bundle, quantities, stock requirement, lead-time risks, and a structured quote.
Standard opportunities arrive complete enough for the sales team to price and progress immediately. Larger or unusual proposals stay approval-gated, so automation accelerates the routine work without handing commercial decisions to a model.
After purchase, the same customer context drives the next steps: care guidance for the specific materials, review requests at the right moment, replenishment timing, and relevant upgrades. One guided conversation therefore produces a setup, a service path, and a commercial opportunity.

FluffCo can now sell the outcome the customer wants: a room that feels right. The agent coordinates product compatibility, inventory, budget, and delivery instead of asking the customer to reconcile those dependencies themselves.
On the professional side, the same layer turns an early enquiry into a reviewable commercial package with quantities, stock, and lead times, giving the sales team more time for the opportunities where negotiation and judgment genuinely matter.
The result is one commercial system for two very different buyers, sharing the same product intelligence underneath.
